Ballroom & Pre-Function Space

Our client, a large hotel chain, had a conference and meeting space at their hotel and wanted to utilise the ballroom and pre-function area as one but had a solid wall dividing the space between the ballroom and pre-function area.  We worked closely with the designer, contractor and client to provide a unique solution to allow for the whole area to be opened up as 1 space with no panels in sight when stored away.

The client was keen to have a modern look to the operable walls so we provided a design that gave the client modern look with alternate shades of grey on the internal walls dividing the ballroom area and using the darker grey to identify the doors/fire exits on the dividing wall from the ballroom to the pre-function area.
